These terms are an agreement between Bixa Beauty, Inc. (“Bixa Beauty,” “we,” or “us”) and each person who accesses bixabeauty.com or purchases our products. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
You may use the site only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information, scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or use our content or products for unauthorized commercial resale.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site and may revise these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but screens and skin tones can affect how colors appear. Product availability, pricing, promotions, and descriptions may change without notice.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or adjust an order because of inventory, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or other reasonable business needs. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Payments are processed securely by Square. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing and shipping information you submit is accurate. Applicable product charges, shipping, discounts, and taxes are shown before payment is completed.
Lip Whips are made to order. Processing, shipping, final-sale, damaged-item, and wrong-item terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Digital gift cards are redeemable only for eligible Bixa Beauty purchases. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and should be protected like cash. We are not responsible for a code used without permission after delivery to the email address supplied by the purchaser.
The Bixa Beauty name, product names, formulas, photographs, graphics, copy, videos, design, and site software are owned by Bixa Beauty or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for its intended purpose.
The site relies on third-party services and may link to websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. A link does not imply that Bixa Beauty endorses every statement, product, or practice on the linked site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Bixa Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted where you live. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
These terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Chicago, Illinois, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
