Order care
Please allow about two weeks for your order to be made, processed, and shipped. Every Lip Whip is made by hand to order in our Chicago studio — nothing sits on a warehouse shelf.
Plan on roughly two weeks from the day you order to the day your package leaves us. Launches, holidays, and unusually high order volume can add a little time; if your order will take noticeably longer we will email you. You receive tracking as soon as the label is created.
Once your order ships we email a tracking link to the address used at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays outside our control.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These are collected by the carrier or customs office at delivery and are not included in the amount paid at checkout.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once shipping is paid again. If tracking shows a problem, email bixa@bixabeauty.com with your order number and we will open a carrier trace.
